What is NOCMA?
NOCMA stands for National Oil Company of Malawi. It is a state-owned enterprise responsible for ensuring fuel security in Malawi by managing strategic fuel reserves, facilitating fuel imports, and promoting upstream oil and gas activities.
Who owns NOCMA?
NOCMA is wholly owned by the Government of Malawi, under the Ministry of Energy.
When was NOCMA established?
NOCMA was officially registered on 14 December 2010 under the Companies Act (1984).
